GIRL FIT STRENGTH & STRETCH

The GIRL FIT Strength & Stretch classes are tailored to the unique needs of adolescent girls. Each class consists of a dynamic warm up, upper body strengthening, core and glute strengthening, hip stability, lower body and posterior chain strengthening, ankle stability, balance, and stretching. Girls are encouraged to listen to their bodies and modify their workouts to match their own skill level and to maintain good form. Girl Fit is a fun, high energy workout and excellent cross training for middle and high school aged girls. We can even tailor the class to the sport specific needs of dancers, gymnasts, figure skaters, swimmers, volleyball players, cheerleaders, runners, or athletes of any sport. So, bring your friends and let Girl Fit help you stay strong enough to follow your dreams!
To schedule a small group Girl Fit Class please call or email the office, you can schedule just one class or weekly classes for the whole month (scheduling permitting). HIP-HOP CARDIO & CORE

Hip Hop Cardio & Core is designed to get your blood flowing and your body moving in a fun and funky environment. Each class will start with a hip hop warm up to get our bodies moving and grooving. In addition to keeping your heart rate up, there will be short bursts of conditioning in which we strengthen those hip hop abs, hips, and arms. We believe that everybody, every BODY, and anybody can enjoy working out through dance, and we are committed to building confidence in our students of all ages and abilities. No experience required! First class is free!

MEET OUR TEAM
HIP HOP CARDIO WITH EVOLVE DYNAMICZ
Nicole was born and raised in Buffalo, New York where she started dancing at the age of 2 at Eugenia’s Dance Studio. She trained in ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, lyrical, and Polish Heritage dancing. Nicole studied Physics and Dance at the University of Rochester. While studying in Rochester, she trained in contemporary dance with mentor Missy Pfohl Smith—artistic director of BIODANCE and director of Program of Dance and Movement at the University of Rochester. In the summer of 2015, Nicole moved to Boston and found herself immersed in a whole new dance community. In October 2015 Nicole and her dance partner, Lisa Costello, founded their own company; Evolve Dynamicz. Since it’s founding, the company has performed at events across the Boston metropolitan area as well as in New York City. Nicole has taught classes at Starline Academy for the Performing Arts in Stoughton, MA, at Onstage Dance Company, as well as at Girl Fit Physical Therapy. She also manages, dances, and choreographs for Evolve Dynamicz and has dreams of one day becoming an architect— merging her passions for the arts and sciences. When she’s not busy dancing, Nicole is working on her Master’s of Architecture at Northeastern University.
